The Memory Quilt is Done!

It started out as a pile of clothes....



I turned it into a quilt....



I am honored to be trusted with all these precious clothes and memories.



I am really happy with how it turned out.



I hope the recipient is just as happy!

With a Little Help From My Friend

How great would it be to not only have a hobby that you love, but to be able to share it with your kids??? I have that! Sophia helps me from everything to pinning, sorting squares, picking out colors, and also keeps me company while I'm on my machine. I think it is so important to teach our kids to find what they love to do and give it their all!! What better way than by including them in your own passions????

Here we are deciding what order to put the squares in. She did great!



She is so content just sitting here watching me create something out of nothing.



She is a big help sewing. She turns the knob for me.



I love this and I know we are making memories that will last a lifetime!
