I turned it into a quilt....
I am honored to be trusted with all these precious clothes and memories.
I am really happy with how it turned out.
I hope the recipient is just as happy!
This is a blog for me to share all the great crafty things I have learned how to do. If you see anything that you would like to make and I don't have a tutorial, email me and I will share it with you. I am so blessed to have support and encouragement from wonderful friends and family. Without them, none of this would be possible.
If you have an idea or would like me to make something for you, just e-mail me. I can finish felt appliqués in about a week and memory quilts in about 2 weeks. Contact me for details. And thank you again for checking out my Simple Creations!

This is so beautiful! I love the green minky stripe all though it, it really pulls it all together.
ReplyDeleteI have clothes that I've saved from all 4 of mune, some that they all wore. Maybe after I make the other quilt I can make a whole family memory quilt! (Mind you, I've never made one quilt...now I'm planning my second while in the middle of collecting the peices for my first. Maybe I need to do one first!!)
i am sure the recipient will love it - it is awesome!

Man... I really would like to make one of these but it just seems so time consuming, especially with the little one around.
